Welcome to the Sir Cowasjee Jehangir Institute of Psychiatry and Behavioural Sciences (SCJIP & BS). Since 1852, we have served as a bastion of mental health care in Sindh, evolving from a historic mental asylum into Pakistan's largest psychiatric teaching hospital. Today, we are committed to providing excellence in mental health through modern clinical practices, academic research with LUMHS, and international partnerships.

Nursing & Allied Health
The Sir CJ College of Nursing is a primary site for professional nursing research and training in Sindh.
We host psychology interns and provide mental health literacy for allied health professionals.
